    Stormy "The Hurricane" Carnley
    Stormy has 5 years experience in the fitness industry. She has worked as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, & now, a 9Round trainer. Stormy is ISSA & CPR certified. She trains for work, and works out for fun. Fitness is a huge part of her life. Her weekends are full of obstacle races, running, and local 5ks that support the community. Stormy would love to help you meet any and all of your fitness goals. Come see us in Texarkana and get caught in the hurricane!!

    Juan "The Knight" Houff
    Juan “The Knight” was born and raised here in Texarkana, but after graduating high school, moved to Austin for school. After later settling in Houston, Juan found himself unhealthy and wanting to make a change. He joined a local gym and began his weight loss journey knocking off over 50lbs. Juan found a passion in helping people on their own fitness journeys, and began working at his gym. He’s got 4 years experience working at different gyms sharing his knowledge and helping others. Now that he’s back home, in Texarkana, we’ve got him trained in all things 9Round!! You’ll find him always smiling and encouraging in the gym. And if he hands you a weighted bar or med ball randomly during your workout….don’t take it personal; he’s just taking you to the next level. When Juan isn’t bossing you around here, he enjoys doing a little reading, writing, and playing the piano.

    Marsha "Quick Kick" Hocutt
    Marsha "Quick Kick" has over 5 years in the fitness industry, with 4 of those being an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer. She has been trained in adult nutrition, kettlebell instruction, and 9Round Kickboxing!! She formerly instructed several boot camps for beginner-advanced adults, as well as Silver Sneakers classes for Senior Citizens. Marsha has been around the block as far as gyms go, so she can definitely maximize your workouts! Be sure to pick her brain next time you’re in. She began working out at 9Round in October 2015, so it was a no brainer to add her to the staff in February 2016. When she’s not at 9Round kicking your butt, Marsha enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She, her husband, their 4 teenagers, and of course their dog, enjoy riding backroads in their jeep. She also loves to read, travel, and obviously….work out!

    Chance "The Spaz" Smith
    Chance “The Spaz” is our newest, and youngest, face here at 9Round. In school, Chance was a star participant in track, cross country, & football. Needless to say, being active is in his blood. We feel like Chance has finally found a home here at 9Round. If you’ve had a work out with him, you know that he enjoys making you laugh and pushing you to your limits. You’ll never have a boring workout when the Spaz is in the house, and he enjoys every minute of it as well. Chance’s family, God, and helping to train people are what he lives for. Outside of the gym, you can find him either outdoors or on the move. Chance likes to travel, and hang out with his friends, but he has a special love for anything outdoors-like hunting, fishing, camping, & hiking.
