About the team
Dan grew up in Torrance and is passionate about health and fitness, which lead him to opening 9Round in July of 2014. Dan believes strongly that diet ...and exercise are the keys to a healthy mind and body. "The best workout is one that helps you meet your goals while enjoying the workout". "I take part in a variety of sports including beach volleyball, hiking, snowboarding, weight training and taking fitness classes". I love it! I used to belong to a kickboxing gym, but you could only go when their classes were scheduled. So, if you were running late or early you had to wait for a class to start.
