Dan "Danger Dan" Hawkins
Dan grew up in Torrance and is passionate about health and fitness. He believes diet and exercise are the keys to a healthy mind and body, the best workout is one that helps you meet your goals and that you enjoy doing, and that a healthy diet should be delicious and nutritious. Dan enjoys a variety of sports including beach volleyball, hiking, snowboarding, weight training and taking fitness classes. Dan is a certified 9Round Trainer and a certified Health and Wellness Coach with NAFC.
