  • So much fun!! Challenging, but you work at your level of ability. If you give an honest effort you will enjoy an amazing workout. Coaches available at all times to encourage and assist or offer an "extra" challenge. Wish I'd join sooner. Left my standard gym and haven't looked back. One of the most effective 30 minute workouts I've ever done. Give it a try, you're 1st workout is FREE.

  • The structure is perfect for me. I get as much or little coaching as I need, the pace keeps me moving and gives me a great workout in minimum time. The variety from day to day keeps me on my toes and keeps the workout from getting stale. I also work muscle groups that I wouldn't necessarily work on my own. Lots of core work keeps my lower back issues at bay. On a bad day I can let off steam -- and the trainers are the best!
