I’ve been a member for several years and this is the only “gym” I’ve consistently gone to 3-5 days a week. I never don’t want to go. Having a trainer on the look out to make sure you're doing things correctly ensures that you get the most out of the routine without injuring yourself.   • It never gets boring and it's always intense! I have yet to leave the building feeling like I didn't put in 110%...except for one time, and I solved that by doing the circuit twice. The trainers are consistent and positive. I'm always on cloud9round when I leave. I never felt like that at any other gym. You may use my FIRST name in promotions.

  • I love that it is easy to jump into a class and the classes are mapped out. I have been to gyms and feel lost about what to do. When you come to 9 Round you just jump in the class and don't think about it and before you know it, it's been 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

  • I’ve had nothing but an awesome experience at 9 round. I love the set up of stations that are only 3 minutes. A good amount of time, (especially for beginners) to make you feel the workout, but not feel like you’re dying and want to give up. It’s such a good balance of cardio, strength training, and honestly a much more fun workout hitting the heavy bags than your normal routine at the gym. I also love that there are no specific class times. You show up when you can and the trainers help everyone individually. I have nothing but great things to say about this gym and excited to make it a normal part of my every life.

  • I really like the full body workout in just 30 minutes. At other gyms, I would walk around trying to figure out what works and doesn't. Wasting time and not getting anything out of it. At 9 round, I don't have to think about it, because every day is different, but it still ends up with a great workout.

    Mark "The Shark" Erickson
    Mark is the Operator of 9Round Vancouver. He will confess to having to battle weight most of his life and found it increasingly more challenging as he got older. After battling some health issues he decided to take a different direction and found 9Round. He is 9Round Certified, loves the concept and is truly passionate about sharing it with Vancouver, WA. His favorite round is Round 5 and loves to work “Your Core”

    Growing up in Rhode Island Lori has always been athletic and enjoyed staying fit. 20 years ago she took it to the next level and became a certified trainer. She is not only a 9Round Kickboxing Certified Trainer she is also ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified. She enjoys working with people and helping them reach their health and fitness goals, especially those who want to lose weight. When she came upon 9round she was on board with it. Love ‘s the NO class times, 30 minutes, full body workout and your done!

    Becky has lived in the Pacific northwest all of her life. Fitness and nutrition has been a passion of hers for over twenty years. She initially became interested in fitness as a proactive avenue to get healthy and stay strong in order to combat her scoliosis. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and has extensive experience in nutrition and weight loss. She also holds certificates of expertise in adult stability and mobility training. She loves to learn and actively seeks continuing education opportunities to stay current in the fitness field. She looks forward to motivating and inspiring each member to move past their fears and empower themselves.
