9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Coaching Specialist and a Certified 9Round Trainer. Her passion for fitness comes from having a health scare in 2006 in which she decided to make a lifestyle change. She started FIT-4-LIFE PT by Wanda, Inc. in 2006 and has spent the last 7 years helping people meet their fitness goals! She holds an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Business. In 2014 she started JOC-MOBS, Inc. and joined the 9Round Nation. Her energy, enthusiasm and passion will get Waldorf fit 9 rounds at a time!!

Mary IngwalsonMy name is Mary Ingwalson and I am a Sophomore at College of Southern Maryland (CSM). I'm a CSM librarian and a trainer at 9Round. I've been active all my life, playing basketball and soccer in high school. I enjoy drama, making people smile and laugh and just being the best that I can. Helping people reach their fitness goals and finding enjoyment in the process is why I became a 9Round trainer.

Tayhler "Titan" DavisTayhler Davis aka “The Titan” has her Associates in Hospitality and Tourism, Bachelors in Business Management from University of Phoenix and obtaining her Master in Tourism Administration from George Washington University. She does freelance marketing and event planning for multiple small businesses in Washington DC and Southern Maryland. Throughout her life she has played basketball and field hockey. She currently works out 5 times a week and is a certified spin instructor as well. Tayhler believes that anyone can improve their fitness level no matter what their physical condition may be. Tayhler feels that workouts that are functional and complement your lifestyle will make daily life more enjoyable and will improve your quality of life. She enjoys making workouts interesting and challenging so clients are having fun while staying interested and focused.

Tanya LylesOctober 31, 2006, a girlfriend of mine asked me to be her workout buddy since we'd eaten all of this candy due to not having any trick or treaters :-( Now...I hadn't worked out nor performed any high intensity physical activity since my 12th grade year(1988). We attended a group class and worked with free weights afterwards and low and behold...I was hooked! I joined that same gym and working out became a three to four day lifestyle for me. I attended high intensity group workouts of kickboxing, boxing, weight training,cardio, and abs. My individual one on one workouts involved free weights and dumb bells. Soon after, I became interested in 5k Runs. I have completed multiple runs for awesome causes including Susan G. Komen, 911 5K, and The Military Rebel Mud Obstacle Race! I also competed in relays involving agility and track. A little over a year ago, I began to check out the 30 minute high intensity total body workouts including 9Round. I have received better results physically and mentally than any other workout. Less time was taken up...I was tired after a workout but felt good. My body didn't go into fatigue mode where normally it would be hard to do my job as a hairstylist...standing on my feet 8 hours straight. I loved my 30 minute workouts so much, I decided to take it to the next level. Today I am a proud certified trainer for 9Round 30 Minute Kickbox Fitness!
