  • The pricing is a little prohibitive to most of the people who i have tried to introduce to the concept. Also it's not really a one on one personal attention as there might be 9 people with only one coach so sometimes one feels they are not getting enough instructions on how to complete the particular workout since its shown quickly.

  • I like how it only takes 30 minutes for a full body work out. There are no class times so you just go in and work out. The workouts are different every day and the trainers are awesome. I tell everyone I know about 9 round and how to it has been the best gym I have ever been to.

    Wanda “The Warrior Queen “ Brisco is the owner and operator of 9Round Waldorf, MD . She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Coaching Specialist and a Certified 9Round Trainer. Her passion for fitness comes from having a health scare in 2006 in which she decided to make a lifestyle change. She started FIT-4-LIFE PT by Wanda, Inc. in 2006 and has spent the last 7 years helping people meet their fitness goals! She holds an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Business. In 2014 she started JOC-MOBS, Inc. and joined the 9Round Nation. Her energy, enthusiasm and passion will get Waldorf fit 9 rounds at a time!!

    Alex Flores is a New York City Native currently residing in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. He has a love for people and a passion for Sports and Fitness. He found great success as a Basketball coach and mentor. Alex has been a coach for over 20 years. He spent 10 of those years, coaching At-Risk youth in the South Bronx. His coaching Philosophy, I’m not just helping to mold winning players, I am helping to build great people.” What helps him achieve this is his passion for Fitness. Alex has been a National Strength and Conditioning Certified Personal Trainer since 2006. He has attained CEUs and specialty certifications in Cardio and endurance training, Functional training, Tactical Strength and Conditioning and specializes in Agility and Power training. When his his past players were asked to describe him they said he was energetic, motivating, and Strategic. Alex uses his talents to build stronger communities through healthy living, a strong engagement with clients , and a strong belief in people.
