Wanda “The Da Boss “ Brisco is the owner and operator of 9Round Waldorf, MD . She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Coaching Specialist a...nd a Certified 9Round Trainer. Her passion for fitness comes from having a health scare in 2006 in which she decided to make a lifestyle change. She started FIT-4-LIFE PT by Wanda, Inc. in 2006 and has spent the last 7 years helping people meet their fitness goals! She holds an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Business. In 2014 she started JOC-MOBS, Inc. and joined the 9Round Nation. Her energy, enthusiasm and passion will get Waldorf fit 9 rounds at a time!! More
I'm just Honey! I spent most of my career working with children as an educator and care provider. I was introduced to 9Round almost 3 years ago and ...fell in love. After completing my 9Round certification, I became the General Manager of the 9Round Waldorf location and have enjoyed helping to motivate people discover their fitness potential. More

I really love 9round. The workouts are great and different each day so all the muscles get a chance to be worked. The trainers, Boss and Honeybee, are always there and always watching to make sure y... ou are using the correct form and to push you. The people that work out are hard workers but fun. Going to workout at 9 round Waldorf Is what I look forward to. I get an excellent workout, good conversation, laughter, prayer if you need it, good conversation and have made new friendships. It’s fast paced and changes every time unlike going to the gym for the same old strength training. Having a trainer there to ensure you are doing the workouts right and keeping you motivated is also a... plus.
