  • I started going to 9Round in May of 2014. We were standing outside the gym one evening and I picked up a brochure - intrigued. My son saw me looking at the brochure and said "Oh Mom, you can't do that.." What I heard was CHALLENGE!!! The next week I stopped in for my free work out and I have been going three days a week since. Anthony, Alex, Caroline, Tyler and now AJ have been tremendous supporters, encouragers and motivators. I can honestly say that in all the months I have been going, I've never done the same workout twice. I have been challenged to push myself each time I go, and I love it. Now my son says - "Mom you are a beast!" (I think that's a good thing). I am one of the oldest members and have some physical challenges, but they will help me modify the exercises, as needed, to keep me working hard. I have lost 10 inches over all. If you want a great workout, 30 minutes of intensity, one that will keep you motivated and help you to get strong and fit - I highly recommend 9Round. The 9Round Waynesboro crew is AWESOME!

  • i love this GYM. I love being challenged and pushed..the Trainers are Great.If it wasn't for Anthony,Alex,Tyler and Caroline. I wouldn't be in the shape I am now. I have done the Mudderella and Rugged Maniac never did I think I could do these things. This gym has changed my life completely. I eat better and I work out everyday. I will be joining back up for sure.
