9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

9 Round is the best!! This beats doing 30 minutes on an elliptical machine any day. I've only had a couple of workouts, but I'm looking forward to going as much as I can. The trainers, Mitch and Eric, have been great! I really like how they encourage me to push, as well as pace myself during my workouts. I feel like I've found what I needed to get these unwanted pounds off and get back in overall shape.
9 Round is the perfect exercise program for everyone! I have received personalized instruction on proper technique and training. The staff demonstrates every exercise before each round and verifies I understand the proper technique. The 9 round exercises change daily allowing me to train different muscles along with eye/hand coordination. Each round is performed at my own pace and ability. I have thoroughly enjoyed the 9 three minute rounds and have lost 14 pounds! This after spending the last 32 years in the gym exercising. I not only complete the 9 rounds but add a round or more as my stamina increases. The personalized training is what makes the difference! 9 Round starts every 3 minutes.........jump in! Eric "The Rookie" WarnerEric "The Rookie" Warner studied Muay Thai, the National Sport of Thailand for 4 years. This is where he found his love for helping others, training friends for competitions. A Personal trainer since 2013, he found how beneficial 9round could be by incorporating two of his favorite things, Kickboxing and fitness! Believing the benefits of training like a fighter as one the best ways to strengthen and condition every system of the body, he joined the 9round family to help everyone have an absolute blast achieving their health and fitness goals.
Mitch FrakerMitch graduated from Olentangy High School in 2013 and then The National Personal Training Institute in 2014 where he found his love for fitness combined with helping others and decided to make a career out of it. He started training at 9round Westerville when they opened in November 2014 because he saw the benefits of the 9round kickboxing circuit system.
Justin ThompsonGraduated St. Francis DeSales High School in 2014. Played collegiate basketball in 2015 at The University of Tampa. Returned to his home town of Columbus to focus on the pursuit of a Nursing Degree. Started working out at 9Round in December of 2015 and saw that kickboxing circuit training is just as challenging, if not more challenging than an athletic conditioning program.Joined the 9Round family help everyone meet their fitness goals and have a good time doing it!
