I started 9Round in October of 2018 with the hope that I could make it through a 30 minute session. I’m happy to say I made it through. I signed up the next day and quickly became addicted to the work... outs! With no scheduled start time I can stop in for a 30 minute session on my way home from work. The workout moves never get old because they change every single day and each round is always a challenge. I can modify an exercise, if needed, and the trainers are alway there to lead me in the right direction.
