Working out is hard. Knowing that I get to go hit something in the process helps! Justin, one of the trainers, is so patient with teaching me technique, pushes me to do my best, and is great at helpin... g me find what works best for my individual needs. The one-in-one sparring in our workouts are my favorite. These 30 minute workouts are allowing me the fitness I need as well as a healthy outlet for stress. Thanks to my 9Round workouts 3 days a week, I don’t need to be medicated to manage my anxiety. Kickboxing makes you feel great and I love the confidence I’m building! At 60 years old I started 9R November 1, 2018 and have been lucky enough to go everyday. 9Rounds has made me a stronger man and given me some skills I did not have before joining.
