9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

9Round Certified Trainers
Don MengwasserOwner of 9 Round Westminster. Don was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa, and relocated to sunny Colorado in the summer of 2013. An avid lover of team sports; Don was a 4-sport athlete in high school and a member of his school's 2001 4A State Champion basketball team. In 2007 Don officially entered the fitness industry, managing a progressive circuit-training gym in Des Moines, Iowa and conditioning MMA fighters. Don later went on to open a second gym under the same name in Des Moines before moving to Colorado in '13. A TRX Certified Trainer, Don loves full-body, high-intensity workouts and loves to emphasize Stability Strength towards achieving Total Body Fitness. When he's not in the gym, you can find Don out hiking in the mountains in the summertime, and in the winter, carving up the fresh powder on his snowboard.
LeAnna PoeLeAnna was born and raised in a small town in Central Florida and grew up playing competitive soccer. This led to a love of all sports and a passion for fitness. Wanting to share this passion with others inspired her to get her degree in Sport and Exercise Science at University of Central Florida. After graduating in 2013, she moved out to Colorado in search of a more active lifestyle. As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, LeAnna loves finding unique and creative ways to help people achieve their fitness goals which led her to 9Round. When not in the gym, LeAnna tries to stay outside as much as possible enjoying all of the beautiful Colorado seasons through hiking, hunting, mountain biking, and skiing.
Kailee TrickeyTrainer at 9 Round Westminster. Kailee originally hails from Northwest Wyoming, and relocated to beautiful Colorado in the summer of 2009. She is an NASM and AFAA Certified Trainer with a specialization in Metabolic Conditioning. Kailee is also an NPC Bikini Competitor, and competitive Power Lifter. When she isn't crushing it in the gym, you can find her on the mountain hiking 14ers or with her 3-legged dog Sunny!
Cori AndersonCori is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Exercise Science, and an emphasis in Health Promotion. She is also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. Cori is a native Coloradan (rare, we know!), born and raised here in Denver. When not training, you can find Cori outdoors doing everything from hiking 14ers to running marathons.
Alex SantilliAlexis originally hails from Texas and relocated to Colorado in 2010. She is currently in school with a Health Science Major. When not in the gym, you can find Alexis on the trail hiking, and she's also an avid runner.
