You do not need any sort of boxing or kickboxing experience to become a 9Round member as the workout caters to all different levels of fitness. It grows with you! No class times - The convenience of a circuit style workout allows you to walk in the door and start your workout whenever you get there. New workout sessions begin every 3 minutes. Fun, Fast Paced - This workout is fast and fun which will keep your interest. With 9 different stations in 30 minutes, you will never get bored. It will be over before you know it. Full Body Exercises - Faster in just 30 minutes. Trainer - Guidance and motivation to help you. Nutrition - Access to 9Round Nutrition website developed by Dr. Rick Kattouf II. Dr. K is one of the most sought after fitness, sport-specific nutrition coaches in the world.

Strength: Stations 1-2

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

Kickbox Fitness: Stations 3-8

The real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

Abs & Core: Station 9

You’ll tighten and strengthen all the muscles in one of the most common trouble spots, your core, which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure.
