Strength: Stations 1-2

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

Kickbox Fitness: Stations 3-8

    April is the owner/operator of 9Round with her husband Brian. Her true passion is helping people gain confidence through reaching their full potential. After teaching dance and fitness for 15 years, she found 9Round and knew that this fitness solution had to be shared with St. Louis! She loves working with all fitness levels and concentrating on proper form to maximize the effects of each movement. She will motivate you to look and feel your very best!     Brian is the owner/operator of 9Round with his wife April. Brian hated working out at a gym because of the lack of direction, intimidation, and wasted time.
