9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

I've belonged to every gym around town and this is the only gym I've stuck with. I look forward to my 9round workout everyday and the best part is its only 30 minutes!

I could not be happier with my experience at 9round! Everything from the workouts to the atmosphere make coming here enjoyable. I was apprehensive about joining because I had exactly zero experience with boxing and kickboxing. The trainers have been very encouraging and help me understand each "round". The 30 minute workouts I get here are some of the best workouts I have ever had.

April "The Punisher" PorterApril is the owner/operator of 9Round with her husband Brian. Her true passion is helping people gain confidence through reaching their full potential. After teaching dance and fitness for 15 years, she found 9Round and knew that this fitness solution had to be shared with St. Louis! She loves working with all fitness levels and concentrating on proper form to maximize the effects of each movement. She will motivate you to look and feel your very best! Favorite Round: Round 8 Speed Bag; Favorite 30 Second Exercise: Shuffles; Favorite Activities (other than 9Round): Dancing, softball, golfing, and playing with her Boston Terrier doggies.
Brian "Bone Crusher" PorterBrian is the owner/operator of 9Round with his wife April. Brian hated working out at a gym because of the lack of direction, intimidation, and wasted time. But then, he experienced the unique 9Round workout. Now, he is addicted and can't wait to get others hooked on living this healthy lifestyle! Favorite Round: Round 3 Double-end Bag; Favorite 30 Second Exercise: Burpees; Favorite Activities (other than 9Round): Golfing, softball, and cheering on the Cardinals, Rams, Blues, and Mizzou sports teams.
Debbie "Deadly" Denter-MenleyBefore finding 9Round, Debbie had spent several years teaching fitness. As soon as she stepped on the mats at 9Round, though, she knew this was a program like no other. It wsn't a hard decisiont o become part of the 9Round family and easily fit in with the rest of the gang. As a trainer, Debbie strives to know each member individually and give them the encouragement that they need to reach the top of their performance levels. You will always find Debbie with a smile on her face and a fitness trick up her sleeve. Favorite Round: Rounds 4 and 6 where she can work on her kicks! Favorite 30 Second Exercise: Front Kicks (she really likes kicking!) Favorite Activities outside of 9Round: Volleyball and hanging with her hubby.

Mike "Magic Mike" ToroMike walked into 9Round not knowing what to expect, but by the time he reached Round 5, he was hooked. He had found the best fitness solution for today's busy people.
