Hello Friends:) My name is Hailey & I am the manager here at 9Round Woodhaven. I am a certified 9Round Trainer, attended the Master Trainer Bootcamp, ...and completed Kickboxology training . I have always been an advocate for fitness and after playing 3 years of collegiate volleyball I decided to turn that passion into kickboxing! I graduated from Wayne State with a degree in Biological Sciences and have always sought to help people achieve their personal goals through hard work. I am a firm believer in fitness being fun, so don't be surprised if you see me dancing & joking around the gym! I Can't wait for everyone to fall in love with this workout just as I did: MENTALLY & PHYSICALLY STRONGER IN 30! More
Josh is one of our lead trainer here at 9 Round Woodhaven. As well as being a Certified 9 Round Trainer and Certified Personal Trainer, he is also an ...active MMA fighter, kickboxer, and BJJ practitioner. After playing hockey for 18 years he transitioned to weight lifting and martial arts as a way to stay busy and fell in love immediately. Now he's taking that knowledge and passionately sharing it with anyone who is willing to learn! More
Heeere's Madi, also known as Madison, Mads, and Headbanger. I am an assistant manager as well as the OG trainer here at 9Round Woodhaven. I graduated ...from Flat Rock High School and while I was there I was apart of the JROTC program. When attending JROTC, we would have PT 2-3 times a week for 2.5 hours. This is where I got really interested in health and fitness. I personally loved being class leader and picking what to do for PT. It was always Shaun T, weight pushers or circuit training. My love for leading my peers and circuit training lead me to my job at 9Round. I love 9Round so much I decided to further my career in the fitness industry by studying to become a personal trainer. Hello, my name is Al and I am one of the 9Round trainers here at Woodhaven. I have been involved in fitness all my life and have always been an advoca...te for health and wellness which led me to become a NASM CPT. I am a graduate of Eastern Michigan University where I studied Sports Management/Marketing and played baseball. My professional background includes working for Eastern Michigan University's Athletic Department, the Detroit Tigers, and the Detroit Lions.
