Hello Woodstock!  Welcome to 9round!  We are proud to bring you a new and exciting fitness routine that will bring you the results you've been looking for.  We incorporate a combination of boxing and kickboxing techniques through circuit training, strength training, aerobic and anaerobic exercises in just 30 minutes.   No prior kickboxing experience?  Don't worry, a trainer will be with you every step of the way AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!  We also offer state of the art technology heart rate/calorie monitors that help keep you in the fat burning zones (optional).  Our 30 minute workouts are the most efficient workouts you can ask for, and best of all, there are no class times to worry about!  Come work out on YOUR time, YOUR schedule!   Whatever your fitness goals, we want to help you achieve them in a friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere.  Whether you are looking to lose weight or gain lean muscle and improve your cardiovascular fitness, we can help you reach your goals. Strength: Stations 1-2

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

Kickbox Fitness: Stations 3-8

The real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

Abs & Core: Station 9

You’ll tighten and strengthen all the muscles in one of the most common trouble spots, your core, which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure.

    Chris Foster
    Chris is the owner/operator/trainer of 9Round Woodstock. He has always been an avid fan of boxing and interested in the fitness industry in general. He instantly fell in love with the 9Round concept and workout, so he decided to partner up with his cousin Mike and open a 9Round in Woodstock. He is a 9Round certified trainer and is excited to be able to help all his members reach their fitness goals.

    This is our trainer Madison. She has always been involved in sports, especially swimming and running. Madison has been a swimmer for 10 years, and ran for 4 years competitively. She is also very involved in her academics, as well as other extracurricular activities.

    I am a student at Woodstock High School. I play receiver for our football team and my goal is to play football in college. I also hope to own my own gym someday, so working at 9Round Woodstock is giving me a head start on what I want to accomplish in my future. Michelle has personally lost over 100 pounds, and knows the struggles many face when trying to reach their weight loss and fitness goals. She says, "God has blessed me to see both sides. I believe that is what helps me to be a great trainer." Michelle is currently studying for her accreditation as a Certified Personal Trainer and looks to get her degree in nutrition.
