About the team
My 9round adventure began as a gift to myself in September 2016. I signed myself up for a membership after falling in love with the workout just after... the first time workout. I began working in December 2016 part time. I have had the chance to work at all 3 of our locations in Northwest Arkansas. Being the manager in Rogers is the best job I could ask for. I truly love 9Round. It has opened up my world so much. I have become so much healthier physically but especially mentally. 9Round is my therapy for life. When I am not at the gym I am spending time at home with my 2 dogs or out riding my bike on the trails! More

I love the way that coach encourages me to work out better. I cannot survive 9 round by my own. The coach gives me a huge support. I have been joining class about a month now. I can easily tell my mus... cle get tight on my body and my puffy belly disappear. Eat normal every day and only 30 minutes work out making me look fit. My husband said my mood and energy both get better after I join 9round. Another thing I really like is the heart rate tracking system in 9round. Awesome gym concept. As a prior fighter, college athlete and crossfitter, I enjoy pushing myself in working out. I find that the 30 min fits very well into my busy work schedule and is a very intense ... 30 min. I'm not big on working out, but this place makes me want to because... - The trainers. (I don't give up) - It's only 30min & that encourages me to return. Who can't spare 30min? Is how I think abou... t it. - I really sweat. - It makes me feel like I'm working on getting something perfected. Like that speed bag...I have zero rhythm in life which makes this a challenge for me. I'm getting better at it.
