Experience a full 9Round one-on-one session for free with no obligations. A trainer will be on the floor to guide you through each of the stations and show you all the moves.
Punch and kick bags, not people. Work toward your fitness goals with basic kickboxing moves.
Combines cardio and resistance training for a complete, full-body workout in 30 minutes.

I started going to 9Round as a New Years Resolution. It begin with 1x every other day and I now consistently go 2x per day every day. I love the variety in the work-outs. I love that I'm in and out in... side of 40 minutes. I love that I leave tired (satisfied tired like I put in some work). Above all I'm so happy to interact with the Trainers and the other folks working out. The Trainers are helpful not militant. They recognize they're not training Navy Seals, they are a forcing function to get 30 mins of dedicated excercise (at your level of intensity) complete, when if let to yourself you would more than likely quit or not work as hard. They are all mostly Mom's and Dad's themselves and appreciate what it takes to coach folks at their physical fitness level (whatever that is) and help them make progress on their fitness goals.
