I love the energy of the staff. They watch you and read your workout. I have never had so much fun working out. The staff, the music and the quickness of each round keeps me moving and motivated. 3 minutes a round sounds so short and easy but it is amazing what 3 minute... s a round will make you feel when you are done with your workout. I love the 9Round in Meridian! The workouts kick my butt every time, I’m sore in places I didn’t know I could be, it’s a different workout every time, you have your own personal trainer every time, an... d you always feel welcome there. The owner and trainers really care about their members. It’s friendly, upbeat, non-judgmental, and clean.
