About the team
Chris loves all things fitness related. He has been a certified Personal Trainer through NASM since 2014, and holds an Associate's Degree in Personal ...Training from St. Paul College. Chris is also an avid martial artist. He has trained in kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and has competed in Grappling, Kickboxing, and MMA. More
