"You’re an awesome gym with great staff. I like the system set up, the rounds, the training, my biggest beef is the cost. I’ve talked you up before to friends and championed 9Round, but I can’t justify telling my friends to spend $150-$200 a month for gym fees. And then on top, you charge for small things like replacing a keytag. If you’re charging that much a month, little things like that should be free. When you pay $150 a month and need a new keytag, it should be complimentary, otherwise it fees like you’re squeezing the members. Listen, you’re a great gym, but that’s simply too much money, take care, and good luck, Mike"
