His journey began as a young athlete with a fascination for pushing boundaries and mastering the art of discipline. He became skilled in Kenpō which means "fist law" or fighting with your bare hands which seems appropriate since one of his ancestors was the last bare-knuckle boxing champion of the world, John L Sullivan. Sean's an experienced personal trainer with a passion for pushing limits and helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Ready to guide you on a transformative journey to a stronger, healthier you. Hailing originally from Cleveland but residing right here in Fairlawn, Kelly strives to help countless students through her expertise, guidance, unwavering support, and sense of humor. Kells Bells' journey into kickboxing began with a Billy Blanks Tae Bo tape and was transformed when she stumbled upon 9Round Fairlawn one Friday after work. She is one of our founding members and has been a trainer/coach since 2020. As a coach, Kelly first wants our members to have a fun, enjoyable experience and feel a part of our 9Round Fairlawn community. She also hopes to be an inspirational figure to motivate individuals of all ages and sizes to pursue their dreams and conquer their challenges.
