Head Trainer- Hey 9Round Nation! My name is Adreana. I have a BA in Education from Marquette University. I also have multiple certifications with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). I am also a running trainer. Health and fitness have been a passion of mine all my life. Teaching and helping people achieve their health, weight, and fitness goals drives me to keep learning. Head Trainer- Greetings my 9Round Family and beyond. My name is Prince. I grew up on the beautiful island of St. Lucia. My entire life has been about healthy habits both physically and mentally. I attended the College of Charleston in South Carolina for my undergraduate degree and Florida International University in Miami for my masters degree. Physically, I believe in pushing myself in everything I do. Mentally, I believe you are stronger and healthier when you see the world as "marvelous". Hence the reason why my nickname is "Mr. Marvelous". No matter what kind of a day, week, or month you are having...Just show up! I am committed to helping you push your physical limits for 30 minutes, but I will also remind you that a positive spirit is the healthiest exercise for your mind. I joined 9Round years ago. From my very first workout, I knew being a trainer was something I wanted to do. To help others find their potential. I've been in the fitness and hospitality fields most of my life.
