The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

9Round is my favorite place to workout. Because there are no class times, I can come whenever is convenient for me. The trainers also make working out a blast!
I had been kickboxing for 2 years before joining 9round and wanted something that still gave me the cardio workout and structure I needed, but with a more flexible schedule than a class. 9round is awesome! I can go when I want, am done in 30 minutes, and it's a whole body workout. Every day is something new and different, I'm never bored, and the trainers really motivate you without pushing too hard. I need someone to tell me to keep going, to go faster, to try harder - the trainers (especially Marcus and Janelle) are great and keep the energy of everyone in the room up. It's a lot of fun!
Love this place. It is never the same workout, I can always look forward to something new. The trainers are fabulous! So energetic and outgoing! I always be apart of a 9Round no matter where I am at.
Awesome workout, fast, friendly and effective. In 30 minutes, I always get great results and leave the workout feeling like I accomplished something. Marcus, the Centennial trainer, is awesome.
Being on the cusp of 67 years old & feeling old all over, I accepted an invitation from a friend to try a free workout at 9Round. After that first time I joined immediately because I loved the feeling of family closeness in the gym, the rocking music, and the magical experience of getting a truly "full" workout that made me sleep like a rock and feel good about me. Through my insurance I had a paid up membership to another gym, but I never went because I wasn't motivated to push myself through a real workout. No problem with that at 9Round! My thanks to my friend who got me hooked up - for tons more energy & quality of life, for pants that are too loose around the waist & for shirts getting too snug in the chest, shoulders & sleeves. Life is Good!
Very happy that I found this place. Work sent me out to Colorado Springs for a couple weeks. I really wanted to find some place to keep me motivated so I didn't just do the work-hotel-sleep-work routine I tend to fall into when I travel. The hours and non-scheduled-classes were perfect. When I was able to get away from work I headed out to 9Round. The quick pace and friendly staff kept me motivated and always ready to come back for more. I have a little experience with boxing workouts but it was nice to learn some additional moves and get an introduction into some kickboxing moves. The trainers were great and always walking around to provide some motivation and corrections as well as explain some of the exercises I wasn't familiar with. It was a great experience and I'm really looking forward to my next trip out to Colorado Springs.

Kaye "Kick Box Doc" BaronDr. Kaye Baron has been a fitness enthusiast for years. She has enjoyed athletic endeavors, which include marathon-running, cross-country biking, hiking the Manitou Incline and Pikes Peak, and most recently, Crossfit. For 15 years, Kaye has served and will continue to serve the local Colorado Springs community as a clinical psychologist. This combination of experiences inspired the opening of 9Round – Colorado Springs. Kaye passionately believes in fitness and nutrition as the best avenue for physical and mental strength and overall well-being. She will do what it takes to help you achieve your goals, no matter what your age or your current fitness level. Kaye looks forward to serving you and making our local community healthier, stronger, and happier.

I've played sports all my life including soccer, volleyball, golf, to name a few. I'm excited that I'm working here at 9Round! Every one that I've met has been awesome and truly makes this job fun!

My goal is to combine my martial arts experience, exercise oriented coursework and enthusiasm in order to give you the most effective workout possible while also learning something new and having a great time.
Jojo "Jojo Mojo" DrakeMy background consist of multiple different sports growing up such as gymnastics, tennis, swimming and soccer. I love staying active and living a healthy lifestyle which is why I chose to go Vegan 3 years ago. I attend and help serve as a volunteer each year at the world's biggest health conference held by David Wolfe who is a well known nutritionist. Now a days staying active to me looks more like hiking, cycling, and TRX training outdoors with my husband who is a fitness trainer as well.
