Melissa "the Machine" LantzMelissa “the machine” Lantz is a combat Air Force Veteran and mother of three beautiful children. She has been active in the health and fitness industry since 2009 and holds multiple certifications to include: NASM Master Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist and a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. A Nationally qualified NPC Figure Competitor, Melissa lives and breathes fitness and loves helping individuals achieve their impossible! “I love training at 9Round because I believe it to be one of the BEST workouts you can get in 30 minutes!”
Nitra "the Moose" OlsenI've been pretty active most of my life. I have a NASM certification and I currently skate for the Pikes Peak Derby Dames All Star team. I'm also probably the biggest dork you'll ever meet. Give me an opportunity to dress up, and I will! I love 9Round because I've seen it work. People get fit and reach goals. That's all there is to it!
Ryan "the Regulator" WeissI am currently attending college right now and I am really interested in creating healthy lifestyles for everyone. I was previously a 9Round member and feel in love with the workout. The workout is fun, challenging, and truly a full-body workout. I encourage those who are looking for a challenge to give it a try!
Kara "Redbull" MiltonI am Kara (Redbull). 9round was my first job at 16. When I moved here I just knew I had to find a 9round to help make Colorado Springs home.
Chung "Man Bun" TaMy name is Chung Ta (Man Bun). I am an Air Force veteran with a background in Taekwondo, Muay Thai, and Primary Group Exercise. I have 18 years experience leading group fitness workouts and am committed to helping others reach their fullest potential.
Jeff "Captain America" JenningsMy name is Jeff (Captain America). I was a mixed martial artist for 6 years. I studied American wrestling and jujitsu. I also studied taekwondo in Korea (I am a blue belt). I am certified in nutrition, mma conditioning, and corrective exercise. I have been a personal trainer for 2 years now. I've done one on one training as well as group exercise.
