9Round Fitness in Colorado Springs is dedicated to the personal physical fitness of each member.  Each full body workout is a 30-minute aerobic and anaerobic cardio burn that helps you lose weight and gain muscle. A trainer is always present onsite to assist and run you through your workout. There are no specific class times; our schedule is built to fit yours!     Kaye "Kick Box Doc" Baron
    Dr. Kaye Baron has been a fitness enthusiast for years. She has enjoyed athletic endeavors, which include marathon-running, cross-country biking, hiking the Manitou Incline and Pikes Peak, and most recently, Crossfit. For 15 years, Kaye has served and will continue to serve the local Colorado Springs community as a clinical psychologist. This combination of experiences inspired the opening of 9Round – Colorado Springs. Kaye passionately believes in fitness and nutrition as the best avenue for physical and mental strength and overall wellbeing. She will do what it takes to help you achieve your goals, no matter what your age or your current fitness level. Kaye looks forward to serving you and making our local community healthier, stronger, and happier.

  • 9Round is awesome! I love the fact that I can squeeze in a workout at lunch or anytime during my day. As a working mom, this is a must and the no class times/30 minute workout format means I can be healthy and still make the most of my day! Workouts are fast-paced and constantly changing so there's no time to get bored or think about how hard you are working and before you know it, you're done, sweating and ready to kick butt the rest of your day! I am not a super fit person and I love how 9Round isn't intimidating and can be modified to adapt and challenge me at my level. You have to try it!

  • I have been going to 9Round for just about two years now. I love it! Each day the workouts are different and I never get bored. I work full time and have two little kids, so finding time to workout is not always easy. However, 9Round makes it easy, as the workouts are only 30 minutes long. The trainers are friendly and work hard to get the most out of each individual. I go about five times a week and am in the best shape of my life.

The environment is so welcoming and they help you with every move to make sure you are getting the most out of it. Every time you go it's different, the workout changes so you don't get bored like other workouts. I absolutely love that there are no class times and there is a trainer pushing you ( in a good way) every step of the way. It's 30 minutes and such a great work-out. Love the new Powers location, it's convenient and the trainers are awesome. If you need an extra push during your work-out, need to stay interested and have fun, this is the place to be!!
