The trainer-led experience
Get guidance and motivation from a Champion Trainer throughout your entire workout. During the TLE, you’ll have dedicated time with a trainer performing traditional kickboxing and boxing combos.
The Self-guided EXPERIENCE
Work out independently using our interactive screen system. Virtual trainers on each screen and our automated voice timer show and tell you exactly what to do and when to move on.
The Personal Training Experience
Get fully customized, one-on-one coaching with one of our 9Round Certified Trainers. With a PT package, each of your workouts will be tailored to your individual fitness level and goals.
