My experience at 9Round has been AMAZING! I've worked out at several different types of gyms in Tuscaloosa, and this has been my favorite. I love the variety of the workouts overall, as well as the mi... x-up from station-to-station, and because of that, the 30 minutes flies by. This, coupled with good nutrition, helped me lose over three percent of body fat in my first month. In addition to the workout, the trainers are outstanding. It challenges you every single time. I was going to a regular gym for a while and didn’t really see results and honestly wasn’t even sure what I was supposed to be doing.
