My name is Johnny and I have over 20 years of Boxing, Wrestling, and MMA experience. I competed as a Golden Gloves amateur boxer but a string of injur...ies forced me to cut my career short. With my experience and passion for Boxing, I began to train professional and amateur fighters on striking techniques. I have a Personal Training certificate from the American Council of Exercise. I am also certified as a UFC MMA Coach. I enjoy introducing newcomers to the mental and physical benefits of training like a fighter. More

My name is Mark, I’m a professional fighter and have been training as an athlete and martial artist for over 10 years! My background is in traditional... boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and jiujitsu. I started training just for fun but once I was exposed to mixed martial arts at a local gym I knew there was nothing else I wanted to do! I’m from the Palm Springs area but moved to Orange County to pursue my aspirations of competing in my sport at a high level. I’m passionate about coaching nearly as much as I am about competing! The results! But they don’t come without the amazing trainers. They are there to motivate you and correct you in doing the exercises correctly so you don’t injure yourself and so you are working your... muscles. The no class times are unheard of. Usually there are always class times. 9Rounds is a family feel atmosphere where you don’t feel uncomfortable because everyone there also wants the same results.
