From August 1st to August 30th, our members are stepping up to the plate (or rather, into the ring) to track their effort across all 9Round Pulse heart rate zones — with maximum points earned in the green and yellow zones, where transformation truly happens.

This isn’t just about sweating — it’s about training smarter, understanding your heart rate zones, and making every minute in the gym count.

Here’s how the points stack up:

  • 🟦 Blue Zone (Light Effort): Warm-up or recovery rounds.
    ➡️ 1️⃣ Pulse Point

  • 🟩 Green Zone (Fat-Burning + Endurance): Steady, focused output.
    ➡️ 2️⃣ Pulse Points

  • 🟨 Yellow Zone (Peak Performance): Power, stamina, and speed.
    ➡️ 3️⃣ Pulse Points

  • 🟥 Red Zone (All-Out Max): Use it wisely. Push limits, then recover.
