💛 February 2026 Pulse Challenge at 9Round Irvine Center
February is American Heart Month, making it the perfect time to focus on smarter cardio training and long-term heart health. At 9Round Irvine Center, we’re doing exactly that with our Yellow Zone Pulse Challenge, running from February 9 through February 27.
This challenge is designed to help members train with intention by spending more time in the Yellow Zone, the heart rate zone known for improving cardiovascular endurance, stamina, and overall heart strength.
🎯 Why the Yellow Zone Matters
The Yellow Zone represents a strong, sustainable intensity. It pushes your heart and lungs to work harder while still allowing you to maintain control and consistency.
Training in the Yellow Zone helps:
-
Improve cardiovascular efficiency
-
Build stamina and endurance
-
Strengthen heart health safely
-
Support long-term fitness progress
Instead of going all-out every round, this challenge teaches members how to work smarter for better results.
