From March 3 through March 30, the March Momentum Pulse Challenge will focus on consistency and balanced heart rate training using 9Round Pulse.
After building habits in January and strengthening heart performance in February, March is where we bring it all together.
🎯 The Goal
The March Momentum Pulse Challenge is designed to help members:

Stay consistent 3 to 4 times per week

Balance time in Green and Yellow zones

Train with intention instead of extremes

Build measurable weekly progress
Instead of chasing random intensity, this challenge emphasizes structure and smart effort.
💚 Why Green and Yellow Matter
🟢 Green Zone
This is your aerobic foundation. Time in Green builds endurance, improves fat metabolism, and creates sustainable conditioning.
🟡 Yellow Zone
This is your performance zone. Yellow improves stamina, strength, and cardiovascular efficiency.
Balancing both zones allows you to build strength and endurance without burnout.
🔵 Supporting Zones
🔵 Blue Zone
Used for proper warm-up and recovery. Recovery is part of progress.
🔴 Red Zone
Short, controlled bursts of high intensity. Powerful when used strategically, not constantly.
💪 How to Win March
Stay and maintain your workouts in the 🟢 Green & 🟡 Yellow zones.
The key to this challenge is not going all-out every workout. It is about stacking consistent sessions week after week.
