Introducing the Rise & Grind: Summer PULSE Challenge, running from June 20th to July 30th at 9Round Irvine Center—and you're invited.
♥️ What’s the Challenge?
Over six weeks, we’re calling on our Irvine community to step into the ring and stay in the fight. This PULSE Challenge is about heart, consistency, and getting stronger together.
Here’s how it works:

Strap on your 9Round PULSE heart rate monitor

Stay in the GREEN and YELLOW zones during your workouts to build endurance and strength

Earn 1,000 Zone Points between June 20 and July 30 to qualify for the Rise & Grind Raffle
The more you move, the more you grow—and the closer you get to winning some incredible rewards:
