About the team
"One Two" was a Master Fitness Trainer in the US Army and a CrossFit Level II Coach. He has done martial arts his whole life, beginning with taekwon...do, savate, and karate as a child; wrestling and jiu jitsu as a teen; and he is continually training kickboxing, goshin budo, silat, and eskrima. He loves training in self defense and fitness because it's good being hard to kill. When One Two isn't training, he's acting, directing, or choreographing fight sequences for stage or film. His favorite cinematic fight scene is Jackie Chan versus Benny Urquidez in Wheels On Meals. More
Meet Heather; She is a well-rounded individual who loves the variety and fast pace of life. She is a certified Master Personal Trainer through NCCPT ...and is also licensed through the NREMT and is BLS/CPR/AED certified. Her Specializations are Strength Training, Mobility and Flexibility, Senior Fitness. She has a background in Swimming, Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Weightlifting, Crossfit, and Obstacle Course Racing.
