Our personal training is tailored to your goals, whether you want to focus on striking, kickboxing technique, strength, or a hybrid.
Workouts are scaled for all levels, from beginners and fitness-focused members to serious kickboxing students. Sparring is not included, but every session emphasizes proper technique, intensity, and full-body conditioning.
