I like how the full workout is only 30 minutes and they change everyday but I’m able to burn calories within that time. No wait time. I’m in and out at my convenience. It’s a challenging and super fun workout. I feel it’s an efficient use of my time with it being a great full body workout in only 30 minutes, no need to... be in the gym for hours. I love that the trainers push me to go harder and faster, encourage good form, and let me know when I’m doing something wrong and how to correct it.
