Tim The Steel Viking
Tim “The Viking” Vettel has a deep passion for training at 9Round. He’s a fun loving, family man with an excitable personality that makes working out... seem like a time warp. As former collegiate level football player, he knows how to turn up the intensity. With a no pain-no gain attitude, Tim challenges your mind and body while leaving you with a sense of accomplishment that keeps you focused on your goals. Tim is a graduate of the Master Kickboxing Trainer camp and has also completed training under the legendary boxing trainer Xavier "Bad-pads" Biggs. Tim “Mayhem” Messina started working at 9Round Fitness in February 2019 after graduating in Nutrition & Exercise Science at the University of Nebraska... – Lincoln. During his time at UNL, Tim worked under Husker Power athletics as an intern strength & conditioning coach. He is currently seeking his Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Science and strives to be a performance coach for combat athletes in the future. “Mayhem” is qualified and motivated to serve up killer workouts and help his 9Round members achieve their fitness goals! Vanessa "Lockness" Crawford has been with us since we opened our first Lincoln, NE location 2 years ago. She grew up in Kansas City, MO, graduated fro...m UNL as a nutrition major, and is continuing with 9Round in Fort Collins. Her future plans are up in the air, but she is open to the opportunities Colorado has to offer. She is small but mighty, so don't let her size fool you. Morgan is an Air Force Veteran with 6 years of experience as a Water Survival Training Instructor. Melissa Mel Grande
Okay, so not exactly "Grande" is stature; being a former gymnastics flyer for the K-State Wildcats. She says it's due to her weakness for some Taco B...el Grande meals, but we all know it's because she has a "Grande" heart! As a K-State graduate in Kinesiology and mother of two energetic boys, Melissa has a deep passion for helping everyone during their fitness journey - no matter if they are just getting started or are at an advanced level and looking for a greater challenge! Lucia “Jabuar” Houlton found a love for kickboxing after spending years trying out different sports. She loves staying active and social which made ki...ckboxing a perfect fit for her. Lucia is planning on attending CSU in the next few years but for now is enjoying her time in high school with friends and family. She likes to keep a positive outlook for all that she experiences and reminds others “life would be boring if it was easy with no challenges”. She loves being pushed to her absolute max and getting the most out of every aspect of her life.
