Tristan is an accomplished speed ski racer and freestyle jumper as well as a double A hockey player from Colorado. He has studied Par Cor and Kickboxi...ng. He is certified in CPR and is a 9Round certified instructor. He has had trainers his entire life (since he was 4 years old) and wants to show you all that he has learned about discipline and perseverance while making your workout fun and attainable He enjoys helping others attain their goals one step at a time! Christian has studied the Martial arts his entire life and has fought on a Karate circuit in Europe. He is recognized as a master of Martial arts and... looking forward to showing you how to move.
