Josh is our newest member turned Trainer. "The Mayor" started his fitness journey at this club back in 2017. After losing more than 100lbs and seeing ...an overall better quality of life he decided to make a career change. Josh wanted to have a more rewarding career helping others change their lives now. James D'Ambrosio
The Jaw Breaker
James has been studying exercise prescription and application for 15 years. He earned his national training certification through the Academy of Appli...ed Personal Training Education back in 2018. Since then, he has helped many reach their fitness and weight loss goals. Having extensive knowledge in human anatomy, physiology and nutrition has made him an expert in the total functionality of the body, down to a cellular level. By applying the proper biomechanics of weightlifting with cardio kickboxing, he will always strive to give you the ultimate workout. More
