Heather "Phoenix" is a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine and a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrit...ion. She has been a kickboxing instructor since 2016 and loves helping people achieve their personal fitness goals. Outside of the gym, you can find Heather kayaking with her husband, reading, scuba diving, hanging out with her cat, or planning her next trip as traveling is her favorite thing to do! More

I can workout whenever I want to without an appointment. The workout itself is set and targets specific areas. The structure is diverse and challenging.
