Damien has a strong emphasis on transforming people, making them motivated and shaped. He earn a Master degree in Strength and Conditioning/Performan...ce evaluation and a degree in Olympique weight lifting. He is a certified personal trainer from the Fitness International School of Geneva in Switzerland Damien also had a 25 years career as Strength and Conditioning coach for pro teams and individual pro athletes and has been a professionnal American Football player in Europe.
