There are so many things - but the most critical for me are that it is a 30 minute workout, so you are in and out fast. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE that there are no scheduled times. At every other gym, yo... u either have set times for certain classes and if I can't make that time or that day, forget it, or you have to pre-reserve your time. That doesn't always work out either. So, I love that I can just decide when to go that works for me, and if I have to change that, no big deal. It's also literally the most I have ever sweat doing anything!
