It seems that you just don’t have enough time in the day, and exercise is the easiest thing to give up you surmise. In reality, it is the most important part of your day. Getting, and staying, fit keeps your energy level up so that you can do all the things that have to get done. You have to help yourself so that you can help others! Cardio is scientifically proven to be most effective when limited to 30 minutes, and with our program you continue to burn fat for hours after your workout is over.
