The workouts are always different and provide a good balance of cardio and muscle toning exercises that include weights. I can workout at my own convenience because of the timed rotations at each stat... ion and I can work out at my own pace without the pressure of trying to keep up with others or being judged. The trainers are always friendly, helpful and motivating. I find the heart monitors to be motivating as well. Overall I feel like I get an efficient workout in a short amout of time. Quickest way possible for an effective whole body workout. 30 minutes and you are done for the day. I like the fact that the workouts are only 30 minutes long and the amount of calories you can burn in this short time compares to nothing else. Coming from a person who spent a majority of my early t... wenties lifting weights, this is a great change of pace and can still get tone with the help of a good diet. It's nice having 2 trainers on site at all times to help motivate and steer you in the right direction. Notice i said motivate, never pushed or feel like i'm doing something wrong.
