She wholeheartedly believes in the power of what 9Round has to offer it's members and even uses the methods as therapy for her special needs brother. Grew up playing soccer. In 2012 I lost almost 60lbs and became addicted with a healthy lifestyle and working out became my “happy place”. I have been a member for over 3 years, so the transition to trainer seemed to be the natural progression. I want to provide the same side by side coac...hing and encouragement that previous 9R trainers provided me. Come alongside and help each team member reach their fitness goals. When the gloves come off, I enjoy knitting. Knitting is a great way to decompress and I can share handmade, unique one of a kind gifts for family and friends. My own fitness goals are to get stronger, improve endurance\conditioning, build muscle, and improve flexibility. In my efforts to improve my physical health, I also want to ensure that I am moving forward in my metal and spiritual health. It is all about balance! More

I became a trainer to share my love of fitness and community. Growing up as a gymnast and a soccer player I have always been interested in healthy lif...estyles and knowing how to take care of your body. I have been a member at 9Round since summer 2018. After trying many other fitness locations and programs, 9Round worked with my schedule and my goals. I lost around 35 pounds and gained muscle I didn’t even know I had. I believe in 9Round and it’s mission to help everyone, any body, any personal goals. The sense of love and one on one you get here is unlike any other gym I have ever been to.
