I’m so happy to be back. I hate the scheduled times. But understand it is needed at this time. I do love the small to no one else working out with me! And y’all are doing great with cleaning up after ... each round. Can’t wear a mask during the work out. I swear too much. I am sorry about that, and will put on if others ask me too but if it’s just me I get tested weekly at work If that makes it better? Idk. But y’all are doing great and so happy to be back in the gym! I love the workout itself and get a lot out of it, but there are times when I need to take a breather between rounds and would like that option. I totally appreciate the trainers pushing me, but when ... my heart rate gets too high, it's nice to have the option to bring it back down between rounds vs. doing the workout. I have recommended 9Round because there are no class schedules, the workouts are challenging and always changing and the trainers are enthusiastic, helpful and encouraging. The trainers and members are amazing! I love how the workout changes every day and is never boring. The people make it so much fun, it is nice to be in an environment where everyone makes everyone fee... l welcome. The trainers are incredibly supportive, the environment is welcoming. It's not a place where you arrive feeling self-conscious for not already being in shape.
