Meet Steve Snyder, a Navy veteran, law enforcement Defensive Tactics Instructor, and entrepreneur with nearly 40 years of martial arts experience. For more than 30 years, he has owned and operated a successful martial arts academy in High Point, NC, helping students of all ages build confidence, discipline, and strength. Steve brings real-world experience, high energy, and a passion for helping others through fun, fast-paced, and motivating workouts. His mission is to create an environment where every member feels challenged, supported, and empowered to become their best selves.

Nike is a High Point, NC native with over 13 years of martial arts experience, holding a 3rd-degree black belt in Taekwondo and a 1st-degree black belt in Hapkido. With a strong background in discipline, movement, and performance, Nike brings energy and experience to every session. A graduate of Appalachian State University, Nike earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies and Psychology with a minor in Exercise Science. Additional credentials include certification as a personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), along with certifications in fitness coaching, group fitness, and yoga. Focused on helping members build strength, confidence, and lasting progress, Nike’s coaching style is hands-on, encouraging, and tailored to meet people where they are in their fitness journey. Whether someone is just getting started or looking to push to the next level, members can expect support, accountability, and challenging workouts every step of the way.
