Dan "The Man" has always been Involved in athletics and has always had an affinity to stay active. He was involved in martial arts throughout various ...stages in his life as well as many forms of staying physically and mentally fit. He prides himself in being the best he can be and looks to help others achieve their goals in fitness and staying positive. I like the focus and attention the trainers provide to every individual. Every workout is tailor made for the individual's level and at the end of each session, I feel good about myself. Staff is encouraging. Love best the ease of working out. No registration, no class times, quick and hard workout. My cousin commented positively about my body and asked if I lost weight. I told her I ... weigh the same but have toned up since going to 9roind. I actually ran a 5k today. I have not run in 2 years!!! But I have the heart rate monitor from 9roind. I love the flexibility that I can jump in at anytime during the day! The instructors are motivating and very kind. I also love the variety in the workouts. I appreciate that it's a combination of kick... boxing AND HIIT AND weight training. I love doing Muay Thai and kickboxing, but some martial arts gyms rarely focus on other aspects of fitness such as weight training or overall functional exercises. I really like the personalized training. I’m not very athletic and I hadn’t done kick boxing before and they staff is wonderful about tailoring workouts to my skill level and making sure my form is c... orrect to avoid injury. Dan and team are the best. They get to know the members here and work to make sure our needs are met. They keep everyone motivated throughout the workout and will change the round for the individual ... if they have challenges with the exercises. Beyond that, when you're new, they work with you to show you the right way to strike and move so you don't hurt yourself and you get the most out of your 30 minutes. Absolutely killer workouts, with the best trainers who actually care about the workouts, teaching correct positions, or even lowering the intensity of the workout. Right now, with Covid 19, they're li... miting class times and amount of people in the gym at a time, but they clean every station after someone's been there and do a full cleaning of the gym after every class time.
