About the team
Tony, Owner/Certified Trainer, has always had a passion for fitness. Whether playing, coaching or refereeing, he has an encouraging style to help othe...rs. After years of weight training, he decided to try something different and joined 9Round. He enjoys the intense 30-minute workout and the camaraderie of the trainers and 9Round members. This became the motivation to open his own facility. He looks forward to encouraging others to reach their fitness goals and share the positive experiences 9Round has to offer. More

Elissa “Merciless” Murphy is a former college athlete with a passion for teaching. She is currently working towards her PHD in Education. I love the trainers. I love how it feels like family walking into the gym. Everyone cheers everyone on. everyone motivate each other. Not only is it a great workout, it is great fun. I appreciate being taught the correct way to do the workouts so I won’t injure myself.
