A.J. "The Animal" Hickey has a tremendous amount of expertise in the fitness industry. While serving as a Physical Training Leader in the USAF, he dis...covered his passion for helping others reach their fitness goals through nutrition and exercise. He is a Master Trainer and Biomechanics Specialist that has 20 years of personal training experience with 3 certifications and 15 years experience with sports supplementation, nutrition and holistic medicine. A.J. has owned several very successful gyms (The Dungeon, Anytime Fitness, PRO27 Athletics) and is the creator of the original HELL CAMP fitness event. He has worked with children as young as 6 years old, collegiate and pro athletes, actors, multiple professional MMA fighters and has trained Katie Cook, Prelim winner to Miss Louisiana swimsuit and fitness and Faith Good, 1st runner up Miss Louisiana, and Mackenzie Hinderberger who is the 2023 Miss Arkansas USA winner. A.J. competed in GORUCK Selection (hardest endurance event in the world) and was the number 2 competitor in the competition. He has also performed exercise therapy work for clients with extensive injuries and can work almost any rehab situation if necessary. This has given him the experience to tailor workouts to individual needs.

As many successful c...ollegiate Athlete's figure out over time, he discovered his passion for working with kids and Personal training. He then became a Certified Personal Trainer and loves helping anyone that needs guidance in being a better person or Athlete. He's known as the "Handpad" king so be ready to throw down combo's with him when you see him.
