This is a full body exercise routine. They have 9 different stations and even a mix at stations, so it really covers a lot of your body with movement and strength and balance. If you want to make the ... most of your time to exercise, this is it. The one thing 9Round has that most do not is physical contact with the equipment. That's totally functional results. I like that instead of being on a treadmill or stair machine doing the same repetitive motion I get a much more intense cardio workout that uses my whole body and involves kickboxing. It is much more... exciting to punch and kick a heavy bag, practice focus mits with a trainer and do varied circuits of jump rope or balance excercises than it is to jog in place on a conveyor belt for half an hour. It starts when you get there! It gives you contact, contact, contact, that your body needs to be healthy. Your program is set up for you to be well rounded physically. The rounds change frequently to ... keep your interest and avoid plateaus. You can do easy versions or more advanced versions on any movement on any round, so there is no reason to ever skip anything. It only takes 30 minutes! The trainers keep you on track by knowing how you work out and what you are capable of, and encouraging you to beat your own expectations.
