My trainers! Every workout that I’ve been through is a challenge. Not just because of the workout/ round itself, but because of my trainers! 9round at flower mound’s trainers constantly push us and ar... e able to read us well enough to know how hard we can be pushed. They also will give those, like myself, extra or more difficult versions of workouts during rounds or at the end of the 9 rounds.
