About the team
Hemal "SECRET" Patel started his professional career off as an accountant. He has an incredible work ethic and he desired an opportunity to become hea...lthier and give back to the community. After owning and operating multiple successful businesses he turned his attention to the health and wellness industry. After one visit to a 9Round gym, he was thrilled and completely sold. He himself lost 22lbs after joining 9Round and becoming a member. He always says, "If I can do it, YOU can do it!" In college "SECRET" played soccer and was the captain of his team. Coupled with his strong desire to give back to the community and create jobs, he has opened his six 9Round locations right in DFW (Mockingbird, Preston Hollow, Medical District, Carrollton, Fort Worth TCU & Fort Worth Basswood) and looking to open in Uptown in the near future. Jesse is a mixed martial artist with over 20 years of martial arts, weight training, and fitness training. He has training in Muay Thia, Taekwondo, Je...et Kun Do, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, Kali/Eskrima, boxing, and American Kickboxing. He has a passion for martial arts and fitness and believes there is no other way to show that passion other than by teaching and training others. He has been a trainer at 9Round 30 Minute Kickbox Fitness for over 8 years and currently managing six 9Round locations right in DFW (Mockingbird, Preston Hollow, Medical District, Carrollton, Fort Worth TCU & Fort Worth Basswood ) and working on the Uptown location in the near future. I like the personalized feedback from the trainers and the varied workouts so that my body is forced to adapt all the time. Previously, at traditional gyms I wandered aimlessly or fell into a patte... rn of the same exercises each and every day. With the randomness that comes with being a working mom, my favorite part is the no class times policy. I love being able to go whenever it fits into my schedule.
