"The concept is simple - nine three-minute rounds of cardio, bodyweight or kickboxing training with a thirty second "break" in between (the break is in quotes because it usually consists of some kind of activity to keep the muscles warm). I initially joined 9Round to get back into shape after my martial arts school closed temporarily during the pandemic. But I was hooked after my first trial workout! The sheer variety, scope and pace of the workouts were enough to keep me interested and engaged for the entire thirty minutes (trust me, that's enough!). The staff is great. Each trainer is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, tweaking your individual workouts to fit your needs. It's just a great atmosphere. Since joining last year, I've dropped eight pounds, lowered my A1c and blood pressure. Maybe I'll go back to my martial arts school eventually. But right now, I'm having too much fun a 9Round! "
