I'm Lucas Lemons, and I own 9Round with my wife, Raegan. I began working out over ten years ago in high school when I wanted to drop some weight. Litt...le did I know, this lit a fire and began a love of fitness in my every day life. Having grown up a fan of all the Rocky movies, I always wanted to get my hands on a heavy bag. When I agreed to go to 9Round so many years ago, I realized then it was the most fun, effective workout in the business.
